Educational material. Nutritional assessment videos

To perform a correct nutritional assessment of patients, it is necessary not only to use relatively simple techniques such as weighing and grinding the patient, but it is also necessary to use other techniques such as the determination of folds, circumferences, muscle strength through dynamometry and more sophisticated techniques as an impedance. In addition to these anthropometric techniques, a correct assessment of the intake is also necessary, using the IENVA diet calculator.

These videos show how all these techniques are performed.
